Every this was as commited and the booking was done through Mr Anupal their Chd office I would like to than Mr Anupal for making my Trip a sucess

we were gone there in the month of nov 2011, all deals were closed beautifully with the management have gievn the advance amount for confirmation of booking as required by the management of Chail Villas. After Reaching to Chail Villas, Things got start changing. 1) They have Given us their deluxe rooms which were very bad & commitment was for Swiss cottage,,, we have take this with Management them after so many requests they are agree to change ,,,, this was our first fight with management for getting the same which we had paid to them............... after that They had provided us the Breakfast & Lunch which was of very low quality ... 2) Second Fight Starts.......we were commited for AP meals including evening snacks by Manager Mr Gujjar but when we were ask for snacks they give us the menu & said pls order which one u like & all snacks are paid ..... we were shocked & discuss with owner of the cottage that manager told us if will take through snapdeal then we will not provide you snacks & if u you take directly through me then we will provide ..... then after so many fighting they said pls take snacks we will not charge you .... STATEMENT OF OWNER ........ we have taken the dinner & next day we were went to shima ....... 3) Third Fight Starts ....... we asked for the manager that we will not take lunch today but as per out plan all meals are free ,,,, so will take this meal on the next day ,,,,, they said it is not possible we will modified the meals after discussion he was agreed on the same.... we were came back from Shimla ...... take Evening snacks on the second day ...take dinner ... now next day we have taken the breakfast ( adjusted for the last day of lunch ). we have given all the amount in advance so we have thought all goes well & we went to their office to thanks the owner & Manager for the services ................................. We Were Shocked ...................... When Manager Mr Gujjar Has given us the Bill of Rs 5000/-.......... the Bill Details are -------- 2 Days Evening Snacks ,,, 1 Day Breakfast ( adjusted with Lunch)....,,,, We have Discussed but they said that " We were never commited for Evening Snacks & also the adjustment of Breakfast"..... this was very bad experience at that time ,,,,,, they are not ready to accept .......we have paid the said amount ..... Moarl of the Story is ---- "Take Everything in Written " otherwise You Will also face the Same Music
