The place is great eventough the furniture is old, but who cares when the service is better than would never expect!! The Breakfast is bigger than the small that they advertised.. it was a really nice suprise! The staff was helpful in all circumstances, no matter what we were asking. Good place to stay if you want to have some beach holiday for couple of days at amalfi coast. The Atrani village is beatiful and safe so there is no need to have security lockers. The small city of Amalfi is totally walkable barely 1km away.. there are some really nice places to do clothing shopping ;D

The two brothers who run the hostel were amazing and beyond accommodating, as were the two Luigi's who run the bar in the piazza. The breakfast was wonderful, as was the access to Amalfi and the beach. The rooms are quite simple, so if your idea of a good vacation is sitting in your hotel room, then you might want to look elsewhere. This is by far my favorite hostel/hotel I've ever visited. I'm will definitely return.

'A Scalinatella is definitely the best choice if you wish to explore the beautiful Amalfi coastline. You will find clean and secure accomodation, welcoming and friendly hosts, all this in the charming little town of Atrani, right by the sea.
We spent there five days, were reluctant to leave, and will definitely return!
Thank you very much!
