Located 1 block from tram stop on a 'seedy' looking street a 5-10 minute tram ride to center. May be better getting a place away from urban area - even if adding an extar 5-10 minutes to travel to center; public transport is good eneough to permit that.

Secure place to leave bags after checkout.

Free internet terminals in lobby

Good selection in breakfast buffet.

No a/c - unless you get a top floor room.

Staff seemed 'less than friendly'
