| Comments (English): • Land lords , Mr Ankur & Usha Sharma do not reside here but have all their bills sent here. Please don’t be fooled by the tempting rates and facilities and salesmanship. You WILL regret ever coming here. • It is not a registered PG/guesthouse; verification of residents and domestic help not done. • Internet connection available for few days a month after groveling – you have to pay his bills and his cheques bounce constantly are reversed. No WAN. No individual LAN connections to rooms. Only one user can connect it at a time. • Landlord’s bills aren’t paid including credit card bills, phone bills, utility bills, handyman bills, maid bills. • Residents regularly receive abusive phone calls from collection agencies for failure of bill payments. • Regular visitors – police, debt collectors, collection/recovery agencies (who tend to get extremely abusive as they do not care if you are a tenant or not) • Retarded maids come and go who get violent and threaten to hit and abuse. • Domestic help has been harassing residents, recently the police has visited to try solve. • Land lord harasses residents while refunding security deposit. A police complaint was filed against Mr.Ankur Sharma in February 2008 in the Gk-1 police thana for recovery of the same. • Land lord WILL NOT pick up your calls if you want any work done. • Basement flat so phone signal is weak to nil. • Land line connection has been disconnected for past 2 months due to non payment of bills so no outgoing calls can be made in emergencies. • Land lord doesn’t charge equally for new residents and does not provide individual cupboards or lock and keys to them or the house. • Bathrooms are used by the domestic help and left in unhygienic conditions. • Geysers will not be repaired on time in winter becomes extremely difficult. • Cable box serviceman comes and takes out the card because he’s been refused payment over and over again. • Being a supposed all-girls PG, there are no curtains provided, the inisde of the house is clearly visible from the road. • When you leave the house they will try to pin you down with petty robbery • There are no such ‘non smoking rooms’ • No guard. • No Safe Boxes • No hair dryers • No DVD player | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Comments (English): i got the room with this bed and breakfast company, but the room was stingy and i told the management to clean it properly and they tried there best in cleaning but still 20% of the odour was not removed, but is was not the fault of the management because they tried there best in efforts to earn more money by giving me one extra night. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
