Located on Lo Su street ( 1 min walk from Hoan Kiem Lake ). For November, 2011, we are offering a free airport pick up for every three night stay ( this is applicable from Nov 1 to Nov 30, 2011 ) No exceptions.

Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

A credit card is required to secure your reservation at The Jasmine in Hanoi Old Quarter. There will be no cancellation charge if a booking is cancelled before 01:00 GMT 3 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged.
