Inside, a refreshing air of discretion pervades, nothing over the top and no excesses, yet everything feels just right. Wood is constantly used with excellent results, as in the parquet floors and furniture; the stained glass windows in the lobby are beautiful and general décor is understated yet classy. Bedrooms are also furnished to a fine standard and come with double-glazing, large marble clad bathrooms and even big comfy sofa-chairs.
The hotel only serves breakfast (and very good it is too) but there are many restaurants nearby offering regional fine Spanish cuisine. Add to this an excellent, personalised service (the manager, Mr. Ferrán Riba would not tolerate it any other way) and you have one of the regions most attractive accommodations.
