Down stairs is one biggest apartment with back yard, sunny and ideal for afternoon relax. You can visit most city attraction, old churches, Samuil Fortress, St. Kliment Monastery. St Jovan Kaneo church, just with walking 'cos all is situated near us. There are many city beaches just 100m far.

The place of our Villa is attractive for our costumers because is very near to all happenings in town, and there is no need of vehicles, or any other transport.
