Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

Reservation may be made by email, phone or in person. A 50% deposit must be paid in cash or by EFT, RTGS and M’pesa to confirm your reservation. The balance amount is due 14 days prior to check in.
Cancellation: Your deposit is refundable if (a) There is at least a 14 day notice of cancellation and (b) The room is re-rented for the same dates.
