years old popular building
up to 1990 it was opened to tourists as a museum and to enjoy acclaimed views from its roof top cozy terrace, in due course
of time, on demand of tourists and time, now, it has been converted in to guest house, its originilaty has been kept intect, except , to provide modern bath etc minor additions /alerations have been done wisely ,

Whole building is a unique example of Jaisalmer traditional construction .

This building has been construction by erecacting the-- pre-casted , pre-dressed stons components,
which is a unique feature.
All pillers, walls, front elevation, archways, windows, balconies, gates in intricated design,
filled with traditional charmning characters with the use of local yellow stone ,
the construction pattern and design is of typical jaisalmer conventional methods,
Specially for its ceiling construction which has been constructed with the use of wooden planks , battons, clay and cow dung more than half a meter, which keeps rooms hot in winter and cold in sumer .

All the rooms are planned in such a manner that each room is getting its full share of light and sun rays, important role is of centrally constructed court yards on the ground floor and unique on the first floor seperate courtyard . mostly each room is having two doors , and windows too fitted suitably making rooms more charming /hygenic Ceilings of the rooms are made up of traditional design , which is composed of wooden battons/planks , and mudd layersmore than 3 feet to keep in habitants hot in winter and cool in summer,( olden techenque but good and result oriented) Over all this building is an example of palatial designe , this is the only haveli having two gates , each for male and female host and their respective guest and servents, tha building is also composed of in two distinct separate portions

The rooms of his guest house are constructed with indian/jaisalmer traditional architectural design using local yellow stones rich in ornamental curving work. keeping originality modern facilities , attach bath etc have been provided , comfortable beds /mattaress, carpetswall to wall and charming curtains its , all together made the rooms perfect a wonderful museum
