Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

1.Direct Booking :-
Normally, 50% of total package amount are payable in advance ,if you are making direct payments in cash. In such booking, in the event of cancellation, all amount paid less 20% are refundable.

2.Online booking:-
* However, for the convenience of the guests to book instantly, we have added the facility to book online through our website. You need to pay only the 12% of the package/tariff amount for confirming the online booking. In the event of cancellation the amount paid by you are not refundable.
* Visa, ticket confirmation and other procedures for reaching and staying here have to be done on your own risk.
* Rules and regulations mentioned in our website is applicable to you.
* Poomully Aramthampuran’s Kalarisangham, its staff or management will not be liable for any of the loss/damages happened during online booking.
* Even if you have booked a 180 days regular training program, our management will have the authority to place you in the stage for which you are eligible.
