The house is built on an agricultural land, cultivated mainly by coffee, pepper, rubber, banana, mango, jack fruit, tapioca, coconut trees, areca nut, ginger, turmeric etc. It is a calm and quiet place, undisturbed from the rest of the world no noise from vehicles or from factories.
There are 5 rooms with attached toilet(European style) and shower.
All the rooms are mosquito proof; besides, there are mosquito nets for all the beds.
