The house has four large rooms, a living room and a lot of lounging space which can accommodate a large group of up to  16 people. Each room has space for an extra bed. All four rooms have views of the apple orchards and the Himalayas. Bathroom are usually very cold in the hills. We made ours on the sunny side and now we have not only the sun streaming in from the large windows but we also get  stunning views of the Himalayas.

Shoes are strictly not allowed inside the bungalow in any case . and the slippers provided no to be taken outside . The Management of Dwarika Residency  would like to offer you a clean, safe and enjoyable accommodation. In this regard, may we request for your cooperation in following our House Rules and Regulations. Management is fully liable for loss of personal property; Though Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables. Safety Deposit is available at the owner's inn for your valuables. Check-out time is before 1:00PM; Check-in time is rather flexible Late checkout requests required 24 hours + prior to checkout & extension of stay will be subject to room availability. If you like your rooms to be made up please inform Mr Chaman lal prior to departing for the day. Make-up time is from 8:00am – 5:00 pm only. Being an environmentally conscious hotel, change of bedding linens and hand/ bath towel is done on the second day of stay. Extra pillow, towels, soap and shampoo will incur a charge. Please keep the  key at the stand before departing the hotel. Lost key will be charged Rs 1300 . Smoking inside the bungalow is strictly prohibited. You can smoke outside in the big lawn Please switch-off lights, TV, heaters and other electrical appliances and please make sure all Taps/ showers are properly turned-off when not in use. When unattended, please close room windows and keep doors locked. Please report immediately to Chaman any damage to property or broken fixtures for prompt (URL HIDDEN) or at designated Check-out Time, please allow our Housekeeping Staff to check your room. Missing items from the room will be charged to guest account. Please allow 20 minutes check out time to facilitate. Pets allowed in the property but with very strict policies . GUEST ensures that nothing shall be attached to floors, wall, ceiling of Ipil Suites premises by nails, screws, glue gun or other means, otherwise any damage caused shall be charged to the guest. Please throw your trash in garbage containers. Only natural  mineral water is available at the hotel. Rooms left in an uninhabitable state for incoming guest – for example lingering smell from market purchases, excessive mess, acts of vandalism – will be charged at a full night's stay and/or reimbursement of loss/cost of replacement. How to reach Shelapani   By Air   The closest airport is about 100 km at Jubbar hatti  Shimla. Some selected airlines fly here from Delhi and Mumbai.   One can hire a cab or public transport to get to Shelapani which is 85 km from Shimla city.   By Rail One can also take the UNESCO heritage Toy Train from Kalka to Shimla and experience the thrill of going through 103 tunnels.  One can also take a cab directly from Kalka to Shelapani.   By Road   Shelapani  is about 85 km from Shimla city.  Take the Jubal- Shimla road and at Theog diversion take the road to Kharapathar.  From Kharapathar take the 12  km road to Mandhol Road. Shelapani is barely 1. 5 km from Mandhol.

Shelapani Trekking Trekking Shelapani offers a number of trekking trails that pass through the Jungle, Badrol Mandhol, Mandlot , Sari , Hatkoti , Giri Ganga , Kuppar .. The treks take you through sweet silence of wooded forests with a rhythmic sound of whispering winds . Wildlife Sanctuary Wildlife Sanctuary, which is home to the black bear, ghoral, monal, and a variety of pheasants. With the help of a local guide, you might spot wild animals if you are lucky. Camping You can also enjoy camping at the Chanchal Pass , which is one the routes to old Larot road leads to snow bounded mountains Camp sites are organized by various trek organizers. Trout farms and fishing Watching trout swimming in fish ponds and storage tanks is another phenomenon worth experiencing between Rohru Chirgoan road.

From here, public transport or cab can take you to Shelapani, which is only 85 km from Shimla. A cab & local bus will take to you the destination. By Rail Shimla narrow gauge railway line is the nearest railway station that connects Shimla to Kalka . Kalka is well connected to other cities of India through railway. From here, public transport or hired cab can easily drop you at Shelapani. By Road Shelapani is located just 55 km off NH 22. On the Shimla Narkanda road, there is a diversion at Theog with State highway 10 . Once you reach Shimla, which is well connected by road to other districts of Himachal, a cab or bus can take you to Shelapani .

Shelapani is situated at a height of 7500 fts, in the north central Mandhol village in jubbal tehsil 85 km from
shimla town. The place had been founded in 1910 and incorporated in 1953.

According to a legend Shelapani (cold water ) got its name after a natural spring water, flowing since the
place was discovered 1n 1910 by the area Namberdar Gopi chand Khimta . Because it was the time of
global change in the economy, the impact was on this place too . People started planting apple trees
leaving the agricultural business aside . According to the story! mr chand said, "The water can
digest the stones ."

Shelapani is a tourist and commercial area because of its marvelous landscapes, fishing in mountain
, and a lot of natural spaces for hiking, camping, cycling, horseback riding and skiing. Shelapani does
not hosts a variety of exquisite shops, restaurants and entertainment for each tourist rather give them
the nature delight in peaceful environment and healthy atmosphere far from the crowd. Fishing is very
popular in pabber river valley, Himalayas , snow bounded Mountain Lake and Recreation Area. Snow
skiing can be practiced at shelapani jungle on the badrol Mountain .

Shelapani’s pine forest was endangered in 1953 by a large village fire, and after from de-forestation.
Because people needed wood for house construction, but some how managed to be saved .

Shelapani offers plenty of tourist attractions. 1. 5 km a beautiful jungle walk and wonderful PWD
rest house and mandhol village with ancient Mahasu temple. West of Shelapani can be admired
vast apple orchards which looks beautiful in apple season time. On top of that, Shelapani ows a
beautiful bungalow built in european style and one of its kind in whole of Himachal Pradesh & other
community facilities include a library, fire place , fish pond , badminton court, grassy lawns, jogging path
