Cancellation must occur 72 hours before the check-in date
Cancellation/changes of the booking or part of the booking on or after arrival date will be charged 100% and payment is non-refundable
If you are more than 3 hour late without advising us it will be presumed that you are not arriving and your booking will be cancelled
Guests should respect other guests & neighbors. Especially night time after 11pm you should be reasonable quiet in rooms, no large parties and noisy celebrations are permitted in rooms.
We do not accept debit/credit card payments, in cash only to be paid
Payment on arrival check-in day - full amount must be paid in cash only, in GEL only by the official exchange rate (USD to GEL) on the booking day!
