The apartments are located on right bank of River Vltava, some of them are situated nearby Dancing House and not far from Wenceslas Square and the Old Town, with its myriad splendors as as well as numerous restaurants and pubs were here.
All our suites require a minimum of just a one-night stay, with no maximum limit.
In Top Season is for date around 31st of December 5 days minimum stay. On Easter Holiday is 4 days minimum stay

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.
We cannot be responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. In the case that confirmed booking had been made and our clients fail to inform us about their decision to cancel their stay in our apartments prior to seven days before their arrival, we unfortunately have to demand partial compensation. The details below are maximum penalties; if possible we prefer to ask for mild compensation, the only case we are strict in is no show. The cancellation fee will be debited automatically from credit card. The cancellation must be announced before 4 p.m. otherwise the reservation is handled as cancelled the next day.
In absolute necessity, we reserve the right to change the apartment for an equivalent or better unit.

No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: whole stay charge
Bookings for 4-7 nights
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: no charge
Cancellation 7 to 1 days before arrival: charge 30 % of your whole stay
No show or cancellation on the day of arrival: charge 50 % of your whole stay (minimum is 3 nights)

Please notice, during our top season (Christmas, New Year and Easter) there is a special cancellation policy. If you cancel your stay more than 14 days in advance, there is no cancellation fee, if you cancel your stay less than 14 days in advance, the cancellation fee is 100 % of total costs.
