Rooms were pleasant. Location good. Staff at reception desk were careless on several occasions with the safe-keeping of belongings. Wrong bags were offered of several occasions. Reception staff were not able to answer simple enquiries about Mombasa...places to visit, where to eat, how to go to tourist sites. There was no pamphlets, maps or any kind of literature around hotel to assist tourists. Generally they conveyed an aura of being lethargic & disinterested. They could benefit from some training/professional development. Our travel kettle 'disappeared' from one of our bags left in the room.
