Comments (English):
I booked and confirmed accommodation for 2 rooms on 26/01/19. However, upon arrival I was told that I had no accommodation. On calling the lady, with MY phone, she confirmed this, but the rooms were given away. The man on duty agreed to give me 1 room to sleep 3 ppl and was cleaning up another single. Upon inspection of the room, I was disappointed to see that the linen was stained. I left immediately and urge people to check the rooms before committing. Totally unprofessional, not clean.
