This hotel is very clean, very pleasant boutique hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi. The rooms are very clean and comfortable ...The staff here do everything you want and much more!!! We highly recommend this hotel.

Comments (English):
The hotel is very well-situated in Hanoi; it is an easy walk to the old quarter, without being in the middle of the chaos. Breakfast in the ground floor restaurant was basic. We were all most impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. We will definatley stay at this hotel when we return to Hanoi ,and would recommend it to anybody.

We stayed in a deluxe room at the Pacific for 2 nights. The room we had was a nice size and big bathroom with shower. The room was very clean and comfortable. Fresh fruit and bottled water everyday. The price was very reasonable (with tax approx 55 USD) and included breakfast. we enjoyed our stay at Pacificr and definitely will stay here again on my next trip.

I stayed at Pacific hotel after booking in the internet. The staff is lovely, the rooms nice and big and plenty of creature comforts. Great breakfast too! The hotel is a great location and perfect for exploring the city.

The Pacific Hotel is a great find. It's a 2 star hotel, but we would rate it two stars plus. The room was lovely and well appointed. The staff at the hotel were super efficient and very friendly. I strongly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Hanoi!

The hotel is new and in the heart of the old quarter so everything is pretty much within an easy walk . The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. The staff was great and were very helpful in every way. Highly recommended.

This hotel is very clean, modern, and most of all quiet. The location is great - right in the heart of the Old Quarter and where all the action is. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, The buffet breakfast was great and had many choices to choose. I highly recommend Pacific Hotel.

Only dodgy hotel we experienced in 15 nights holiday in Vietnam. Didn't think much of the room - smelled damp and well worn furniture but it was pouring with rain and we didn't know the area so decided to stay. Damp smell turned out to be coming from bathroom which had constantly leaking water from plumbing. Combined with interesting wiring looked like electrocution material. Decided to go out for afternoon walk and returned to find the bathroom and towels in our locked room had been used - so much for the security of our gear in the room. Begrudgingly provided with clean towels by one of many young local males sleeping in the corridors outside our room and in reception. A woken during night by loud noise outside room which was obviously staff party - continued into the wee hours. Thought about free breakfast at this hotel but dining area dirty and untidy so thought better of it - couldn't wait to get out of the place . Really can't say anything positive about this hotel - the service was poor, the location is on the edge of the Old Quarter and the building and furniture was tired and run down. The final days we were lucky to find out the good hotel- Elizabeth Hotel in Nguyen Huu Huan Street a far superior hotel at the same price. The staff working was very helpful and friendly, mostly is Mr. Khoan, he was realy a good manager.

Every staff is very friendly and kind. They supported to get air tickets and to find the tour to Ha long Bay without extra fee. The room was clean and confotable. We had very good time here. Thank you so much.
