Was recommended by a friend and book room directly via the online system of the hotel (no booking fees and get the instant confirmation).
Stay few days for relax and do the tour to Ha long bay on Dragon Pearl Junk at hotel booking desk. Enjoy the travel time with Sunshine Travel
Friendly staff with many useful information of Hanoi and other cities in Vietnam (Event the Cambodia tourist information)
Highly recommend the Sunshine 1 hotel to visitors coming to Hanoi for holiday.

The hotel is located at Ma May Street in the Old Quarter. Easy to roam around the Old Quarter and about 10minutes stroke to Hoan Kiem Lake. Around the Hotel are restaurants, food stalls and travel agency.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable with free internet access in the room with PC provided. As there are a lot of food stall and they are opened till late so a little noisy during night.

Great little hotel in the heart of Hanoi city (old quarter). We booked for a standard room and when we arrived we were upgraded to the Superior room with a balcony, at no additional cost as our room was not ready. Would not recommend paying extra for the superior room as the balcony and views are extremely basic. (See photos). We paid USD $33 per night. A simple breakfast was included each morning and was quite nice. The staff were great and very helpful when we arrived early at 6am in the morning before they had opened. We ended up staying again later on in the trip
