If you are looking for an place away from the hussel and bussel of Venice, this place is for you if you want to be more in the middle of it all look elsewhere. Located in a cute suburb town about an 20 - 25 min bus ride from venice central. The bus stop to where the hotel is a good 500 yard walk crossing a couple bussier streets.

The hotel is off the beaten path and for those not driving and not familar with public transportation may be a bit of an adventure.

We had selected them for the fact that they claim to have A/C, not true in the room that we had, which made for an sweltering nite. In fact the thermostat knob was missing, the just air function didnt work or anything. Also check your other amenities, our refridgurator didnt work and we were too nervous to try the tv. We were able to get an fan to at least keep us cool the following nite.

Breakfast is not included and strongly reccomend for what is charged if you do want breakfast you go and obtain your own from the surrounding stores.

They do have an resturaunt on the facility but as the nites we stayed they were closed we cannot comment onto the quality of food. We found this to be only an minor inconvience as the restuarunt up the road was sufficient for our needs.

The room was just that a room. Cleanliness left a bit to be desired. I believe that some of the towels left for us were there and used previously to our stay. Noticed water stains on ceiling of room. Highly reccommend that you request an room away from the street side as even though out of the way there was a ton of street noise all nite.

The staff of this hotel is fantastic. If we ever come back, we stay at this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and the service was the best.
There was a problem and the hotel didn't receive our booking even though we got a confirmation e-mail. Nevertheless, we were given a room almost immediately and didn't have to go through any trouble of having to move later on. We asked the hotel staff a lot of questions and they were always very helpful. And they speak excellent English.
We recommend this hotel to everyone.

Only way to get into Venice was from a 20 min bus. Bus stop about 5 in from hotel. Staff helpful, gave time schedule of buses. Restaurant in hotel. A little hard to fins the first time.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful little town about 25 min bus ride from Venice. Helpful staff. If you do not need to be in the heart of Venice it is a wonderful place.
