Comments (English): A very pleasant, quiet, clean, modern lodging with helpful staff. Only a few blocks away from the Arc, Champs Elysses, etc. Two to three blocks to closest metro stop. Breakfast is optional, but costs 10 euro, so we opted to eat elsewhere. There were several nearby eateries and a bakery three doors down; also a "Monoprix" grocery store a block or so away, between the hotel and the Ternes metro stop. The hotel was undergoing some renovation while I was there (painting the stairway, etc), so rooms were at a significant discount - my experience in Paris is limited, so I'm not sure how the value will compare if/when the rooms return to their full rate, but I felt that we really lucked out! The only minor down side I experienced was the hot water availability seemed to fluctuate - sometimes no problem, other times more lukewarm than hot.
