Comments (English):
We booked this hotel for 5 nights in the reception for the following week whilst we went to halong bay (which we booked elsewhere). The hotel is practically brand new and quite nice inside. When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that they no longer had a room for 5 nights and could do 2 nights and informed us we had already been told this, which we werent, and that we could go to his friends hotel instead. Sound familiar to other reviews. We were not happy especially as the manager was accusing us of lieing, when infact they did not have bookings when we made ours (we saw the book which had no bookings in) and it sounds like this hotel uses its face as a selling tool and then palms people off in poorer hotels. We found a much nicer and even newer hotel at a lower price that gave us no grief and would say that although this hotel isnt bad, the fact that you might not get what you book is a major turnoff!! Beware!!
