All reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number, giving accurate information ie. name, credit card number and expiry date. In the event of a cancellation or no show credit card will be charged for two (2) room nights for short stays and three (3) room nights for longer period. A charge of 1-3 nights is levied for no show or cancellation if notice is not received 14 days in winter and 7 days in summer prior to arrival. All cancellation should be in writing (i.e. letter, fax or email. |
