Incase of any cancellation of the booking or incase of No-Show then in that event Sai villa is authorised charge the Guest's credit card as per the cancellation policy given below:-
1. In case of any cancellations made more then 30 days prior to the date of check-in then in that event Sai villa is open to charge only 10% of the above said total amount on the said credit card whose details are given in this reservation.
2. In case of any cancellations made between 15 days to 30 days prior to the date of check-in then in that event Sai villa is open to charge only 30% of the total amount on the said credit card whose details are given in this reservation.
3. In case of any cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the date of check-in then in that event Sai villa is open to charge 50% of the total amount on the said credit card whose details are given at the time of reservation.
4. In case of any cancellations made less then 7 days prior to the date of check-in or in case of no intimation for cancellation or incase of No-Show then in that event Sai villa is open to charge the above said credit card whose details are given in this reservation form for the full room rate for the first night of the total number of rooms reserved in addition to charge 50% of the amount for the remaining nights of the total number of rooms reserved.
Sai villa is authorised to charge the Guest's credit card, whenever it prefer on account of holding this booking & reservation. |
