Guests have access to a sitting room/library, terraces and gardens equipped with tables and chairs by the side of a small fishing lake overlooking countryside and woodland. On the border of Normandy and the Sarthe (Pays de Loire) 10 minutes from Alençon and the A28, 30 minutes north of Le Mans, 1 hour south of Rouen.
