Metadee resort is resort in Phuket with located in Kata Beach which is one of the famous beaches in phuket. It is surrounded by white sandy beach, crystal indigo blue water, and beautiful corals. Only 10-minute walk, you will feel the beauty of the beach.
It is also an accessible center to order significant tourist attractions such as Promthep Cape,Rawai Beach,Chalong Temple, and Patong Beach.
A 20-minute-ride to Phuket town by local buses will add a sense of a reality of traveling in our local way.

There are no direct train services to Phuket. Travellers by train must get off at Phun Phin railway station in Surat Thani and continue for another 5 hours by regular bus to Phuket.
By bus
Buses to mainland destinations including Bangkok, Chumphon, Hat Yai, Krabi, Phang Nga, Ranong, Satun, Sungai Kolok and Surat Thani use the
BKS terminal off Thanon Phang Nga in Phuket Town.
The most reliable buses from Bangkok are the public BKS buses from the Southern Bus Terminal to Phuket. The journey takes 13 hours. There are also 2 private bus companies, Phuket Travel Tour and Phuket Central Tour.
From Phuket bus terminal to your final destination, you can take a motorcycle taxi, tuk-tuk, meter-taxi, or bus. A motorcycle taxi into Phuket Town will be about 10-20 baht; to most beaches 100-200 baht (negotiable).
By Car
Phuket is directly connected to the mainland by the Thao Thepkasattri Bridge. From Bangkok, take Highway 4 through Nakhon Pathom, Prachuap Khiri Khan, Chumphon, thence through Ranong province’s Kra Buri and Kapoe districts, Phang-nga province’s Takua Pa and Thai Muang districts and onto Phuket island. The total distance is 862 kilometres.
By boat
Ferry services connect from Rassada Port in Phuket Town to Ko Phi Phi and on to Krabi on the mainland twice a day, taking 90 minutes and costing 350/650 baht one-way/return, for each leg. It's usually a pleasant ride, but can be rather bumpy when it's windy.
There are also speedboats to Ko Racha (2 hours), the Similan Islands (about 3 hours) and other islands in the high season only. Boats and yachts can be chartered at Chalong Bay, the Boot Lagoon, the Yacht Haven and Royal Phuket Marina.

Payment Term & Conditions
- Full pre-payment is required from guest's credit card to guarantee the booking upon booking. In case of failure to cancel and No-show, penalty fee will be charged to guest's credit card as per hotel policy.

- Cancellation can be made at least 14 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 50% of total amount.
Low Season: 01 Apr – 31 Oct 2011
- Cancellation can be made at least 7 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 50% of total amount.
No-shows:
- No show during Low / High season has a penalty fee of equivalent to 50 % of the total stay or a min. of 1 night stay whichever the greater.
Addition for guest booking on 31 Dec 2011
1. Compulsory Gala Dinner on 31st Dec’ 11 @ THB 5,000.- (Adult) and THB 2,500.- (Child) pay at the hotel
2. Child Policy:
- Child under age of 12 years, sharing the same room with parents not requiring an extra bed, ABF is payable @ THB 250.-
- Child sharing the same room with parents requiring an extra bed, an extra bed costs THB 1,600
Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellations for Low Season ( 01 Apr 11 - 31 Oct 11 ), can be made at least 7 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 50% of the total stay or a min. of 1 night, whichever the greater.
2. Cancellations for High Season (11 Jan’ 11 – 31 Mar’ 11, 01 Nov - 20 Dec' 11), can be made at least 14 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 50% of the total stay or a min. of 1 night, whichever the greater.
3. Cancellations for Peak Season (21 Dec’ 11 - 10 Jan’ 12), can be made at least 21 days prior to guest's arrival date, or penalty 100% of the total stay or a min. of 5 nights, whichever the greater. |
