Booking Terms :
• 25% of total amount to be transferred by PayPal, Bank transfer, Money Gram or Western Union .
• Any additional fees ( bank fees, transfer fees etc ) need to be paid at the time of transferring the room amount
• Room booking will be confirmed when advise is received that the money has been sent.
Cancellation Terms
• 7 days notice or less - 100% of total room cost charged
• 10 days notice - 75% of total room cost charged
• 14 days notice - 50% of total room cost charged
• 21 days notice - no charge
When the cancelled room is re sold the outstanding balance on the total room cost will be refunded.
No show Terms: total cost of the room will be charged, no refund.
Shorten length of stay Terms: When the room is re sold the balance on the total room cost will be refunded. |
