The Yorkshire Rose is set in the heart of a rural spanish town yet still only 1 hours drive from the coast and a short walk into the mountains, which can be seen from our bar. We have ample parking and no steep roads.
In our bar we serve a selection of Engish and Spanish beers including Murphey's Irish Red, Guinness and London Pride. Fresh local produces are used in our kitchens as well as English products. Home cooked food is severed seven days aweek.
Cehegin is on the Northwest of Murcia and is 592M above sea level. Cehegin is famous for its orchards of soft fruits, olives and lemons. You can also enjoy mountain landscapes, valleys, reservoirs and forests.
In the past Cehegin's indurstry was shoemaking. Even today Cehegin has a number of shoe shops and the old industry carries on today but in a smaller production.
Cehegin is a short drive from the famous Caravaca De La Cruz, where sight seeing is a must.
Cehegin it's self is an historic town which has features dating back to prehistoric time, the site of Begastri, you can see how the first inhabitants lived.
You can visit the site today, you will see remains of the settlement and cave paintings.
