Overview

	We can assure you of a warm welcome and stay when you come and stay at Edinburgh House. We are a totally non smoking guest house. We are open all year round.
	Sadly theres no free parking but theres a way around it if you come after 17.30hours and depoart before 08.30am or althernatively theres parking meters that charge a small fee.
	All our rooms are en suite and have been decorated with style and comfort in mind. Free hospitality tray in all rooms.
	French and Italian spoken. We are open all year round and we look foward to welcoming you at Edinburgh House.

Location & Transportation

We have lots of nice restaurants and trouist attracions on our door step. We are also near the PLayhouse Theatre should you like to take in a show whilst on holiday in Edinburgh.
Directions	We are a short 10minutes walk to Princess Street and we are a well known street.
Transportation	Waverly train station and also Saint Andrews Square.
Airport	Edinburgh Tunrhouse 12 miles

Guests are given two sets of keys one being for the front door and the other one for the bedroom door so the guests can come and go at any time.
