Riad Petit Vert offers guests four comfortable bedrooms on two levels above the ground floor, each level featuring a tedlakt shower/ toilet and two bedrooms.

Riad Petit Vert is positioned on the norththeast corner of the medina which is a quiet spot yet still only 400m from Essaouira's breathtaking, crescent shaped, 3km beach, regarded as the finest in Morocco! The ground floor houses our dining room beneath the riad's light well, with its kitchen and living room to each side. So, make yourself at home, as you are most welcome to, and take your meals either in the dining room, lounge, on the sun terrace or in your room.
We offer four double bedrooms over two floors, with a traditionally tiled shower room on each level. Breakfast consists of fruit salad, pain au chocolat, bread, jam and tea or coffea included in the price and we can offer a cooked option, on demand.
Guests either take dinner at one of Essaouira's first rate resaurants or with us as we offer a full range of Moroccan and western-style fish and vegerarian dishes.

The house is topped with a split level sun terrace and games room and has WiFi throughout.

We have tried and, I hope, succeeded in providing our guests with traditional Moroccan accommodation and cuisine with some western "creature comforts" one can miss overseas; satellite TV, Internet, pinball and space invaders (for our occassional, overcast days) and two sundecks.

Good as they are, and ours are very good, man cannot live by tajine alone so we also offer high standard, french-style cuisine and fish and chips! for those occassions when you want a break from eating out in Essaouira's excellent restaurants.

The double beds are all made up with extremely comfortable Egyptian cotton bed linen, the bedrooms each looking out onto a bright balcony.

The showers are hot 24 hrs a day, the beers are always cold and light snacks are available on demand.

Another convenience is our washing machine on the roof terrace, which enables us to do your laundry more conveniently and cheaply than using Essaaouira's only launderette.

We offer four guest bedrooms, each with a double bed, luxuriously made up in Egyptian cotton linen. All will accommodate a couple and, given that they are a little cheaper, the two slighly smaller rooms are generally preferred by single guests., or couples looking for a slightly cheaper deal. The riad can be rented by the room or, for larger parties and families, in its entirety, giving you complete privacy and the flexibility to cater for yourself or to be cooked for.
For your conveience, we will arrange a taxi from Marrakech Airport (600 Dirhams) and to assist with your general orientation upon arrival, we will collect you from your drop off point and take you on a tour of the medina, once you've had a chance to get in and relax.
We have a large, flat screen TV so, while you are out kite surfing or shopping, we can download films and TV programmes for your enjoyment in the evening.
