Traditional Colonial colors warm this spacious room furnished in Chippendale and offering a restored, original bath with Jacuzzi tub. Richly painted Irish hunt prints hang over the elegant, king-sized bed with hand-tied canopy. Plaid "Mr. and Mrs." chairs sit companionably by the wood-burning fireplace.

A porcelain Vermont Castings freestanding fireplace complements this authentic Cape Cod room. A cozy fire will warm you as you enjoy the turn-of-the-century carved oak furnishings, notably, your comfortable queen-sized bed. A restored, original bath adjoins.

This restored knotty pine sleeping porch has the feel of our K.C. baseball legend's favorite fishing cabin. It has a queen-sized natural timber bed, antique sports gear and a freestanding fireplace.

The Loose family's Massachusetts summer house "Searocks" is inspiration for this guestroom and bath decorated in a navy and white nautical theme, boasting an ornate, queen-sized iron bed. A very private and spacious deck with porch swing overlooks the courtyard and rock waterfall.

CLARA AND RUSSELL STOVER
This room has many comforts including a two-person Jacuzzi in the restored, original bath, a 13'x15' private deck with wrought-iron sunning chaises and a queen-sized, brass cannonball bed. Pastel decorator themes, favored by the creators of the "Eskimo Pie," are featured here.
