We have deeded path to the Cove. | | We offer there rooms at the cottage, no children and Bayberry Room or suite for family (including children) or friends. The Bayberry room has a king bed, the suite has a queen bed, The full sized bathroom is located between the two rooms. Total privacy is provided. | | Peeks of Town Cove are available from the Bayberry Room and the breakfast table. We also have a large screened in porch where you can listen to the surf. | | A Continental breakfast is provided in a warm family atmosphere. Your children are welcomed at this location. |

Eastham is the beginning of the National Seashore. We are located near Town Cove (175 ft). This is a perfect location for Kayaking into Town Cove, Nauset Marsh, Salt Pond, Coast Guard Beach, and Nauset Beach. | | Directions | Check website for directions for two locations. . Rt. 6 to Orleans Rotary, continue on Rt.6. Turn right on Shore Rd. (first turn after Eagle Wing Motel). Bear Right on to Pheasant Run. We are the last house on the right. | | Transportation | Auto is easiest. There is the Fast Ferry from Provincetown and then bus to Eastham There is also the flex bus that offers transport from Harwich to Provincetown. | | Airport | Hyannis or Provincetown approx 20 miles |
