	The Atlantic Birches Inn an elegant yet casual Bed and Breakfast located in the Historic Town Center in Old Orchard Beach Maine. Comprised of two buildings, the Victorian Main House built in 1902 during the beaches heyday by John Calvin Stevens, and the 1920’s bungalow called The Cottage. Each building has 5 beautiful quest rooms available for your enjoyment. Located on a quiet tree lined corner in the Historic town center, guests easily walk a minute to shops and restaurants and 2 minutes to the Pier, amusement area, arcade and seven miles of beautiful white sandy beach. The Inn is an ideal stopping point on your East Coast vacation, or a convenient weekend getaway at the beach. The yard offers a heated in-ground pool and well-maintained lawn for badminton or croquet.
	Guests wake each morning to the scent of fresh home-made muffins, and coffee part of the delicious continental breakfast awaiting you in our dining areas.
	In addition to sight seeing and walking the beaches, other nearby attractions include, whale watching and lighthouse boat tours, sailing, kayaking, horseback riding, golf and more. Kids will love Funtown USA, Aquaboggan Water Park, and the ocean side rides, amusements and arcades on the beach.

	Taxes: 7.00% tax will be added to the quoted room rate at the time of payment.
	Additional charges: A charge may be incurred for extra persons in a room.
	Credit cards accepted on location: Visa MasterCard American Express Discover
	Cancellation policy: (booking payments are non-refundable, unless specified otherwise) A deposit must accompany all reservations. The first night of your stay must be paid for in advance in order to confirm your reservation. Reservations for 4 nights or longer require one-half the total as a deposit. Balance is due in full upon your arrival. Payment may be made by Cash, Travelers Check, Visa MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Personal checks are accepted as a deposit only. If you must cancel your reservation for any reason, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. The balance of your deposit will be refunded provided you notify us 21 days before the date of your arrival. If less than 21 days notice is given, your deposit may be refunded if we are able to re-rent your room for the period reserved. There are no refunds on early departures
