 | The B&B Santo Spirito is located 10’ walking from the city centre, the railways station and the University, just beside the bus stops to Cortona, Siena, Perugia, Sansepolcro and the city centre. | | It is a renewed and spacious apartment with a large living room, kitchen and two rooms: doubles with single use, doubles twins or king size beds, computer/internet free use, with Sky satellite television and radio/cd player.
In the biggest room, on request we can add one more bed.
A bathroom with shower shared with both rooms.

We are very expert about all the Italian territory and on request, we can organize transfers and tours everywhere in Italy or give you the best suggestions for your own journey! | | Directions | From Arezzo railwais station; don't get out from the main entrance but from the back side, under the tunnel.
You will get in a small park; go straight untill the street at the end of the park and cross this street staying on your right. You will see a street with trees in both sides (via Masaccio); takes it and walk straight untill the first trafic lights; it is the third side street.
This is via Curtatone; at this trafic light take on your left and after 50m you will find the number 26; the door is not on the street but in a courtyard before a tobacconist shop with a blue "T" like sign.
Ring the bell MUSTICCHIO/MARI.
10 minutes in total on foot.
