Such was the way of life for the residents of homes on Bellevue Avenue. Locals refer to these homes on "Millionaire's Row" as the "mansions that cotton built."

Approaching its 100th birthday, the stately old landmark began a new life when Kelly and Janice Canady acquired the property in June of 1998. Dedicated preservationist and hands-on owners, the Canady's have enhanced the beauty of classic exterior and interior with an authentic restoration.

The Page House is located in the heart of the historic district at the corner of Bellevue and Elm Street. It is within walking distance from parks and recreation facilities, churches, banks, and a post office. A stroll under the tree shaded streets will take you to antique and gift shops. Downtown is just four blocks away, with plenty of shops, Theatre Dublin, and the Laurens County Historical Society and Museum.
