	Luxury bed and breakfast in a redesigned church featuring five bedrooms, each with its own well-appointed private bath. Gracious rooms decorated with original artwork and custom furnishings. We offer an evening wine and cheese board. Free wireless internet access is available throughout the inn.
	The Town of Buena Vista and the surrounding area is an outdoor adventure paradise. Within a few minutes of the inn you may participate in skiing, both Alpine and Nordic, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, ATV or Jeep tours, whitewater rafting, kayaking and soaking in natural hot springs.
	The Inn features a full service day spa, The Spa at The Inn. You may enjoy massage therapy, customized facials, manicures or pedicures by appointment with our licensed therapists.
	The Inn is within walking distance of galleries, antique shops, and restaurants.

Location & Transportation

The Town of Buena Vista is a small Rocky mountain community that is an outdoor adventure paradise. The Inn is on the south end of town and is surrounded by wetlands so wildlife is abundant. The views from the decks are magnificent. This is truly purple mountain's majesty.
Directions	From Denver, take 285 South to Johnson Village. From Colorado Springs take 24 North to Johnson Village. Turn right on Route 24, 1.5 miles then turn left onto DePaul St. The Inn is at the corner of DePaul and S. Gunnison. From the North follow 24 South to the light in Buena Vista. Turn right, go 2 blocks and turn left on Gunnison.
Transportation	Rent a car at the airport.
Airport	Denver 120 miles, Colorado Springs 90 miles

The inn has been redesigned from a church. Hardwood floors hidden by carpet for years have been refinished. Ten foot ceilings and gorgeous views of two mountain ranges are visible from all windows. We offer turndown service, freshly ironed linens changed every three days and towels are refreshed daily. The innkeeper attended culinary school so breakfast is ample and delicious. Original art and custom furnishings are throughout the inn. A spacious deck is perfect for stargazing, wildlife viewing or relaxing. The Inn also has the only full service day spa in town. Relax with a massage, customized facial, manicure or pedicure during your stay.

	Available Discounts: 20% off during off season Oct 15-Dec 15 and Jan 15-May 11
	Deposit requested prior to arrival: After confirming your reservation, you will be contacted by Inn At Buena Vista.
	Taxes: 8.80% tax will be added to the quoted room rate at the time of payment.

	Cancellation policy: (booking payments are non-refundable, unless specified otherwise) Please consider your reservation as final. Deposit of 50% is required at time of reservation. The balance is charged 14 days prior to arrival. From Dec 16-Jan 16, there is a 21 day cancellation restriction. We encourage you to buy trip insurance. Early departures will not result in refunds. If you should cancel, a refund less $50 will be given. If cancellation occurs within the 14 or 21 day holiday period, you will forfeit your payment unless the entire stay can be rebooked.
