CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are final. A full refund will be given on deposits and/or full payments when canceled 60 days or more prior to check in date, less a $60.00 cancellation charge. If cancelled inside the cancellation period and owners are unable to rebook the property for all or part of renter/s confirmed stay at the same rate, the funds will be applied to a future stay. There is no refund of rent for an early departure. |
